HOT STRETCH (seasonal)
Ideal for first thing in the morning or at the end of a busy day, Hot Stretch allows students to reap the benefits of the infrared heating system and literally "stretch it out". The guided stretch combined with the detoxification process that happens at a cellular level in the infrared room is a perfect way to start or end your day. You will leave Hot Stretch feeling like a new YOU! 100F (75 mins)

HOT YOGA BASICS/ HOT HATHA 
Your favorite "hip releasing" class or your favorite "spinal alignment" class practiced in the heat. Allowing for a deeper release on a physical level in order to bring balance and comfort. This class is ideal for beginner's and experienced hot yogi's alike. This class is preformed in a warm environment approx. 95-100F (75 mins)

HOT VINYASA FLOW 
"Breath synchronized movement". Enjoy the heat of the infrared heaters as you flow with creative movement.  Expect continuous movement synchronized with breath and be prepared to sweat!!!  (75 mins)

Heated Flow A & B
These classes have been designed to tone, stretch, and invigorate the entire body. Expect dynamic movement in this flow as well as deep attention to breath. This sequence is a set sequence and does not change. 



HOT ASHTANGA
 This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. This form of yoga produces intense internal heat and detoxification. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. The room willl be approx 100F and last 75 minutes ending with savasana

Before Taking A Class

As a new student, please show up 15 minutes early to register for the class. Please bring ID.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: A mat, 2 towels (one large to cover your mat and one for personal use), water or sport drink

A FEW NOTES OF CAUTION:

*Due to excessive sweating it is important to drink water BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER practicing hot yoga. Recommended intake: atleast 8-10 glasses/day.
*Advisable to drink a beverage that can replenish electrolytes lost through sweat (will be available for purchase at studio).
*Avoid caffeinated beverages before taking a hot yoga class as it dehydrates the body
*Do not eat heavily 2 hours before taking hot yoga.
* It is essential to allow the skin to breath in a hot yoga class and often students wear very little clothing- please be respectful in your choice of hot yoga attire.
* If at any time you feel lightheaded, dizzy, sick- do not hesitate to excuse yourself from class or lie in Savasana until you are ready to join the class again. Each class is different for the body and we respect each individuals needs from class to class.
* Hot yoga is not recommended for pregnant women

*Please do not attend if you are pregnant, under 18 years old, elderly, high blood pressure, or have recently given blood
