Yin Yoga is our non-heated class offered Monday morning at 6am and Friday morning at 9am. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. While yang-like yoga practices are more superficial, Yin offers a much deeper access to the body. It is not uncommon to see postures held for three to five minutes, even 20 minutes at a time. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation.

30 Minute Yoga Boot Camp
This 60 minute class is perfect for anyone looking to really slow down. In this class expect to move slowly through a gentle sequence of postures designed to lengthen tight muscles, relieve tension, and promote relaxation. The room is lightly heated by our infrared heating system to provide you with a warming and detoxifying experience.

This 60 minute class is a general flow class is offered at 6am Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. This class is an all levels class that will have you in and out by 7:00am! Start your day off right!

This 75 minute class is a vigorous and dynamic flow class that will invigorate and renew your mind and body! Room is heated to 85 degrees / expect to sweat! *bring a beach size towel for your yoga mat and please hydrate!
