I discovered this yoga studio about 9 years ago and has been an absolutely amazing experience every single time I’ve attended a session!!! I can’t speak highly enough about it, the classes and the vibe are really great and the group of people practicing there is also outstanding! I’m very grateful for finding this studio.

Hot Yoga By the See is not only a yoga studio. It’s a place of community and support, a place that I consider my second home. The instructors who offer thoughtfully constructed flows and exploration of yoga philosophy, which has helped me deepen my practice.

Niki and the community she has built at this studio are incredible - welcoming, strong, supportive and without ego or judgment. And it’s some of the best yoga I’ve practiced! Grateful this is my home studio.

This is my favorite Yoga studio on Oahu! As a studio owner, I love to check out other studios when I travel. Niki has built a great yoga community and her classes do not disappoint. Her classes are creative, hot, relaxing and will challenge you. If you are looking for a hot yoga studio on Oahu, you have to check out this gem in Kailua.

Such a peaceful and welcoming space. As a newer yogi, I was a little nervous walking into a new studio! But every instructor and person I’ve met here has been so warm and welcoming! I always leave feeling so good physically, mentally, and spiritually!

Hot Yoga By The Sea was my first time doing yoga EVER and after my first class, I bought a 10-class pass! It was just such a welcoming and delightful experience that I was convinced to come back for more! I was referred by a friend to give yoga and their studio a try, and I'm so glad I did! I've attended three classes now, with three different instructors, and each has been AMAZING! The studio is intimate and non-intimidating for beginners. Even amongst advanced yogis, I feel comfortable going at my own pace. The instructors do a great job of explaining each pose and reassuring you to modify and go at your own pace as needed. For my first experiences with yoga, I have to say it could not have been better! Love the studio, love the instructors, love the workout, love the flow, love the vibes, love it ALL! Can't wait to continue my yoga practice with them <3 100% recommend giving them a try if you haven't already!
