While most heated yoga studios use forced air to heat their rooms, Hot Yoga by the Sea uses FAR infrared heat, which provides a therapeutic, deep penetrating, detoxifying form of heat which expels toxins, heavy metals and pollutants from the body, providing significant benefits.
FAR infrared heat promotes a stronger immune system, better cardiovascular health, and speeds up the healing process in soft tissue injuries such as tears, pulls, and sprains.

This is our most popular class, offered daily. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links breath with movement, so it becomes a sort of moving meditation.
These classes are physically challenging and push you to your limit. Expect to sweat and at times struggle, but for a good cause! As we gain strength physically we also gain mental determination and focus so that we can take our yoga OFF the mat and into the world to find more ease, flow, and wellbeing!
