NON-HEATED YOGA

We offer a wide variety of non-heated yoga classes.

THURSDAY 9:00am GENTLE YOGA FLOW

This class is a very smooth, easy going, gentle class that everyone will love. Stretch, twist, and release. All Levels class. 

THURSDAY 4:45 - 5:45pm 

Restorative Yoga & Breathwork

A restorative sequence with added breathwork in order to deeply relax the body, quiet the mind, and sooth the nervous system. 

FRIDAY 9:00am NON-HEATED VINYASA

This class is a 75 minute vinyasa class that links breath and movement. All levels class that will stretch, strength, and empower you! 

FRIDAY 7:00pm RESTORATIVE YOGA 

A class for relaxing and rejuvenating! This class invites students to use all the props we have to offer; bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps! Students will be guided through a series of postures designed to relax the body and the mind. Leave feeling totally refreshed! 

SATURDAY 4:15pm POWER YOGA

Enjoy an invigorating powerful sequence for all levels! Get inspired, breathe, and get the ultimate weekend reset here! 

SUNDAY 4:15pm VINYASA LEVEL 2

This non heated class is designed to suit the seasoned practitioner who is familiar with basic alignment and cueing. Class will offer a few challenges such as arm balances, inversions, and creative transitions. Expect fun, fun, and more fun! 

SUNDAY 6:00pm Yin & iREST (every first Sunday of the month) 

This class is the ultimate relax! Turn into a puddle as you relax every muscle group and release the weeks toxins and tensions. Guided relaxation and meditation in the iREST tradition help to re-pattern the mind and give you a fresh new perspective for the week to come!
